Marios Nearchou has been beekeeping since the age of 15 when he was helping his father. He resides permanently in Potami, a small village with an altitude of 361m, where he also keeps his hives. Marios, with his many years of experience in beekeeping has valuable knowledge to share especially in bee breeding. He has a large fleet and the honey produced in Potami is either from wild flowers or thyme depending on the season. His philosophy about beekeeping is a win-win situation. “The more you nurture the bees the more the honey you will get”.
